A Feminist Awareness Campaign

Welcome to "We Sinful Women," an empowering awareness campaign inspired by the timeless poetry of Kishwar Naheed and the contemporary feminist works of Rukhsana Ahmad (1991). This initiative is rooted in the belief that every woman's voice deserves to be heard, celebrated, and acknowledged.

About the Zine

The campaign finds its roots in the powerful verses of Kishwar Naheed's "We Sinful Women" and the thought-provoking gems from Rukhsana Ahmad's feminist collection. The Zine, a labour of love, weaves together these poetic narratives to create a tapestry of strength, resilience, and rebellion. Through artful expression, it amplifies the voices of women who have dared to challenge societal norms and pave the way for change.

Why We Do This

My mission is to ignite conversations, challenge stereotypes, and break the silence surrounding women's experiences. Drawing inspiration from these literary luminaries, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of feminism, encouraging dialogue that transcends cultural and generational boundaries.

Material

Our campaign is not just a celebration of voices; it's a commitment to the planet. The Zine, a labour of love, is created on 100% recyclable, zero-waste paper, reflecting our dedication to environmental sustainability. As we amplify women's voices, we can make choices that echo our commitment to a healthier planet.
